This meeting was open to the public. 4. Adopt Agenda. MOTION (Czuprynko/Scanlon) to adopt agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
5. Adopt the minutes. MOTION (Curry/Klitzke) to adopt the minutes from the previous meeting. Motion carried unanimously.

HEALTH CARE CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
Resolution 33-2021 Commending Kathy Rachuj For More Than 24 Years Of Faithful Service To The People Of Sauk County. MOTION (Klitzke/Hazard) to approve General Consent Item. Motion carried unanimously. (Verbal vote).

Resolution 35-2021 Approving The Transfer Of The Real Property Lister Personnel, Budget And Functions From The County Treasurer To The Management Information Systems Department, And Amending The 2021 Budget For This Transfer. MOTION (Czuprynko/Gruber). Elizabeth Geoghegan, Sauk County Treasurer, gave a brief overview of the resolution.
