MOTION (Vedro/Dietz) to table until such time as documentation has been provided by every municipality, validating that they have done a study that indicates that their citizens are in approval of these new tracks and links, and further that this body shall call a special inter-governmental meeting at which the public can make comments to determine whether there is a better alternative to what is being presented. Pat Gavinski, Highway Commissioner, responded to supervisor’s questions. Discussion continued in favor of, and opposition to the motion.
POINT OF ORDER (Wenzel) inquiring if there was a time frame for passing the ordinance.
Deb O’Rourke, Interim, Corporation Counsel, opined that there was no time frame.
