Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.6:00 P.M.

Adopt Agenda.MOTION (Stehling/Polivka) to approve agenda.  Motion carried unanimously.

Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting.  MOTION (Deitrich/Moore) to approve minutes from the previous meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution 71-2017 Authorizing To Contract With Hoffman Planning, Design, & Construction Inc.  

        For Phase II Of The Third Party Solar & Energy Efficiencies Installation. 

        MOTION (Von Asten/Vedro).  Mark Hanson, Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction and Niels

       Wolters, Madison Solar, gave an update on the solar proposal and responded to supervisor’s

         *Chair Krueger called a ten minute break at 8:00 P.M.  The meeting resumed at 8:10 P.M.

Ordinance 8-2017 Petition 14-2017. Approving The Rezoning Of The Lands In The Town Of Honey Creek From An Exclusive Agriculture To An Agriculture Zoning District Filed Upon United Dreams Dairy LLC And Evert Family Trust, Property Owners.  MOTION (Polivka/Deitrich).

Resolution 75-2017 Authorizing The Purchase Of A High Efficiency Boiler For The Sauk County

HIGHWAY & PARKS COMMITTEE:

Ordinance 7b-2017 Amending Sauk County Code Chapter 17 Pertaining To Highway Commissioner

        Terms.  MOTION (Meister/Peper).  VOTE:  AYES:  (29) Czuprynko, Kriegl, Meister, Johnson,

        Pettersen, Dietz, Braunschweig, Deitrich, Flint, Moore, White Eagle, Hovde, Vedro, Von Asten,

        Wenzel, Stehling, Netzinger, Fordham and Krueger.  NAYS:  (0).  ABSENT:  (2) Bychinski and

        Miller (Excused).  Motion carried unanimously.  Ordinance effective upon passage pursuant

       to 59.02(2), of the Wisconsin State Statutes, July 18, 2017.

 

Resolution 76-2017 Approving The Expenditure Of Additional Funds Required To Complete The  

 Highway Department Equipment Storage Building.  MOTION (Meister/Peper). 

 

MOTION (Wenzel/Vedro) To Amend Resolution 76-2017 To Include, In Addition To, Approving The Expenditure Of The Additional Funds Required To Complete The Equipment Storage Building In The Amount Of $135,656.72, That A Report Be Given To The Board At Its August Meeting Regarding Any Light That Can Be Brought To That Figure, As Reasons For The Overrun.

VOTE:  AYES:  (25) Czuprynko, Kriegl, Johnson, Dietz, Braunschweig, Flint, Moore, White Eagle,

Hovde, Vedro, Von Asten, Lombard, Ashford, Spencer, Berlin, Polivka, Riek, Peper, Peterson,

        Motion (Kriegl/Dietz) To Postpone The Consideration OF Resolution 76-2017 Approving The   

        Expenditure Of The Additional Funds Required To Complete The Highway Department Equipment

        Storage Building To The August Meeting.  VOTE:  AYES:  (17) Czuprynko, Kriegl, Johnson, Dietz,

        White Eagle, Hovde, Vedro, Von Asten, Lombard, Ashford, Spencer, Berlin, Riek, Andrews,
