6:00 PM – PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING 2021 SAUK COUNTY TENTATIVE SUPERVISORY DISTRICT PLAN:
1. Convene Public Hearing regarding 2021 Sauk County Tentative Supervisory District Plan.
2. Presentation of plan: Brent Miller, County Administrator; Tim McCumber, County board Chair; Joe Fleischmann and Kelly Felton, GIS Department.
3. Public Comment: regarding 2021 Sauk County Tentative Supervisory District Plan – 3 minute limit. Turn in Registration Form to the County Board Vice-Chair. (Forms on table in gallery of the Board Room)
4. Close Public Comment: Tim McCumber, County Board Chair.
5. Adjourn Public Hearing: Tim McCumber, County Board Chair.

a. Registration form located on the table in gallery of County Board Room 326 – turn in to the County Board Vice Chair. During Public Comment, any person who is not a member of the body may comment on a specific item or issue that is on the agenda or any other matter the Board is empowered to consider.
5. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 76-2021 Approving The Tentative Plan For 2021 Redistricting Pursuant To Wis. Stat. S. 59.10(3).

1. Convene Public Hearing regarding 2021 Sauk County Tentative Supervisory District Plan: 6:00 P.M.
2. Presentation of plan: Tim McCumber, County Board Chair; Joe Fleischmann and Kelly Felton, GIS Department.
3. Public Comment.
a. Morgan Olson, re: Town of Baraboo wards.
b. Teresa Bass, re: District plan.
4. Close Public Comment: Tim McCumber, County Board Chair closed public comment at 6:20 P.M.

ABSENT & EXCUSED: (4) Bychinski, Krueger, Gibson and Peper.
3. Adopt Agenda. MOTION (Deitrich/White Eagle) to adopt agenda. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Public Comment. None.
5. Resolution 76-2021 Approving The Tentative Plan For 2021 Redistricting Pursuant To Wis. Stat. S. 59.10(3). MOTION (Czuprynko/Nelson). VOTE: AYES: (26) Czuprynko, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Deitrich, Flint, Curry, White Eagle, Gibson, Schell, Dorner, Reppen, Nelson, Hazard, Bushweiler, Stevens, Polivka, Riek, Gruber, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Lohr and McCumber. NAYS: (1) Detter. ABSENT & EXCUSED: (4) Bychinski, Krueger, Gibson and Peper. Motion carried.
