REASON FOR MEETING:                                                                           REGULAR

  1. Call to order and certify compliance with open meetings law.
  2. Adopt agenda.
  3. Approval of minutes of January 26, 2015 meeting.
  4. Public Comment (limited to three minutes).
  5. Communications.

 

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:

  1. Establish process for soliciting agenda items for E&F members.
  2. Procedure for cancellation of meetings.
  3. Timeline for Mayes Wilson implementation of recommendations in the Final Report as it relates to the issuance of a Master Plan for SPRA.
  4. E&F meeting schedule; consideration and possible action to meet monthly.
  5. Discuss and consider hiring a contractor to take minutes of BOMC and committee meetings, including appointing alternates.
  6. Discuss and consider fund balance for BOMC use.
  7. Discuss and consider action items for the next E&F meeting.
  8. Public Comment (limited to three minutes).
  9. Next meeting date.
  10. Adjourn.
