Call to order and certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law at 9:23 a.m.
Board of Canvassers present:
Marcy Huffaker, Sauk County Canvasser; Patricia L. Carignan, Sauk County Canvasser; Rebecca C. Evert, Deputy Sauk County Clerk

Canvass votes cast at the April 3, 2012 Spring Election & Presidential Preference Vote verifying the highest number of votes cast is the same or less than the highest numbers of voters on poll lists, and verifying that the number of ballots cast (OS & TSX combined) is the same or less than the highest number of voters on poll lists.
No late Provisional ballots received.
11:30 a.m. MOTION (Huffaker/Carignan), to adjourn until 12:30 p.m. for lunch. Motion carried unanimously.
12:35 p.m. , reconvene for the purpose of continuing canvassing votes cast at the April 3, 2012 Spring Election & Presidential Preference Vote.
2:30 p.m. MOTION (Carignan/Huffaker), to adjourn until 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Motion carried unanimously.
