Call to order and certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law at 9:10 A.M.
Board of Canvassers present:
Marcy Huffaker, Sauk County Canvasser; Patricia L. Carignan, Sauk County Canvasser; Rebecca C. Evert, Deputy Sauk County Clerk
Others present: Rebecca A. DeMars, Sauk County Clerk
Canvass votes cast at the May 8, 2012 Recall Primary Election verifying the highest number of votes cast is the same or less than the highest numbers of voters on poll lists, and verifying that the number of ballots cast (OS & TSX combined) is the same or less than the highest number of voters on poll lists.
Total of four Provisional ballots issued, two provided required information and counted.
(Town of Merrimac, City of Reedsburg)
Village of North Freedom has one vote cast than voters on poll book. Clerk, Nancy Larson advised a ballot jammed for a voter and not realizing the counter had advanced, election workers ran the same ballot through again causing the same ballot to count again.
