SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

ORDER OF BUSINESS

1.     Call to order, certification of open meetings notice.

2.     Approval of agenda.

3.     Approval of minutes of previous meeting.

4.     Communications.

5.     Board of Adjustment public hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m.

A.     Vladimir Lichvan, (SP-06-18), a special exception permit to authorize the continued operation of a lodging house. The property is described as; S5751 Coleman Rd., lot 5 Tranquility Subdivision, part of the NE ¼, NE ¼, section 14, Town of Baraboo.

B.     Gretchen Pointon, (SP-07-18), a special exception permit to authorize the location and operation of a proposed lodging house. The property is described as; E13179 Neuman Rd., part of the SW ¼, NE ¼, section 9, Town of Greenfield.

6.     Possible viewing of sites with the time and location to be announced at the hearing.     Viewing will take place the date of the hearing prior to adjournment.

7.   Adjournment.
