REASON FOR MEETING:  Regular

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda.
  3. Discussion and Action Adopting Minutes of Previous Meeting.
    1. Ad Hoc Meeting – January 26, 2023.
  4. Public Comment.
  5. Discussion and Decision on Date for Groundbreaking Ceremony for Reedsburg Site.
  6. Discussion and Approval of Vouchers.
  7. Possible Discussion and Action on Change Order 1.
  8. Project Update.
    1. Proposal Request 1 & 2.
    2. Generator Update.
    3. Substitution Requests and Process.
    4. Update on Work Complete/Ongoing and Upcoming Schedule.
  9. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)€ for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.  (Topic: Change Order overhead and profit Percentage).  A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to open session.
  10. Next Meeting Date and Items for the Agenda.
  11. Adjournment.
