SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.
2.  Adopt Agenda.
3.  Adopt Minutes of Previous Meetings.

a.  Ad Hoc Meeting – January 13, 2022

4.  Open Bids for Sauk County Highway Department West Baraboo and Reedsburg Facilities.  It is Anticipated That The Ad Hoc Highway Building Committee Will Issue a Letter of Intent no later than February 18th
5.  Adjournment.

Meeting of February 10, 2022

 

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

1.  Meeting called to Order by Brian Peper.

Present: Brian Peper, Kevin Schell, Tommy L Bychinski, Carl Gruber, Smooth Detter, Mike Flint, Tim McCumber, Patrick Gavinski, Darin Carignan, Steph Rehr, Brent Miller, Brian Desmond, Bill Devine, Mike Maas (ADCI), Ryan Novak (ADCI), Tom Kriegl, Jeff Beck (Friede & Associates), Ron Kellen (Friede & Associates), Nicole Peterson (Kraemer Brothers) and Tyler Leatherberry (Leatherberry Mining Co.)

Absent: None.

2.  Adopt Agenda.

Motion by Detter, seconded by Gruber to adopt the agenda.

Motion carried.

3.  Adopt Minutes of Previous Meetings – January 13, 2022.

Motion by Gruber, seconded by Detter.

Motion carried.

Open Bids for Sauk County Highway Department West Baraboo and Reedsburg Facilities.  It is Anticipated that the Ad Hoc Highway Building Committee Will Issue a Letter of Intent no later than February 18th.

Bids from Friede & Associates and Kraemer Brothers were received.  Motion by McCumber, seconded by Gruber to accept the 2 bids as received.

Motion Carried.

4.  Next Meeting Date and Items for the Agenda.

Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at 5pm. (Room 213)

5.  Adjournment.

Motion by McCumber, seconded by Schell.
