- Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The Meeting was called to order by D. Moore at 8:36 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
- Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by P. Bishop. Motion carried.
- Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the November 25, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by P. Bishop. Motion carried.

- Consider Approval of the Revised Aging and Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Advisory Committee Bylaws: Motion by V. Demers to approve the Revised Aging and Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Advisory Committee Bylaws, second by P. Bishop. Motion carried.
- Review the Aging Unit 2014 Self-Assessment: K. Olson distributed an addendum to the Aging Unit 2014 Self-Assessment to address an additional question about coordinating and ensuring the provision of aging services to tribal elders.
- Review the 2014 Annual Report.
- Aging & Disability Resource Center Departmental Update: C. Warwick and K. Olson distributed a report outlining the progress made from January 1, 2015 through February 9, 2015 with regard to four ADRC Older Americans Act programs now being managed by the Health Department; an organizational chart of the enhanced relationship between the ADRC and Sauk County Health Department; and Resolution #7-2015 approved by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on February 17, 2015 proclaiming May 2015 as Older Americans Month.
- Update from the Communities: Issues Raised, Priorities Expressed: K. Olson distributed a list of unmet needs for the population that the region’s ADRCs serve, as identified by the ADRC of Eagle Country Regional Governing Board on January 23, 2015 and a document sent by the Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources on February 18, 2015 titled “Governor’s Budget 2015-2017, ADPAW & GWAAR, Summary of Proposed Changes Related to Aging (& Disability) Programs.”
- Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update: V. Demers reported that the January 23, 2015 Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board dedicated the majority of its meeting to developing the unmet needs list.
