REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:
Members Present:  Arthur Carlson - Chair, Ruth Dawson, Vern Demers, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson.

Others Present:  Michael Lew, ADRC Livability Project, Trish Vandre, ADRC of Sauk County Director and Thomas Litscher, ADRC of Sauk County Mobility & Operations Manager.

Absent: Janice Brown, Theron Hill, Joan Wucherer.

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The Meeting was called to order by Vice Chair J. Pearson at 8:30 AM and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by P. Johnson. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by A. Carlson. Motion carried.
  4. Public Comment: None.
  5. Communications: None.

    1. Update from the Communities: Issues Raised, Priorities Expressed
