1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by D. Riek at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by D. Moore to adopt the Agenda, second by C. Held, with an amendment to move Agenda Item 14 to follow Agenda Item 6. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by C. Held to adopt the April 9, 2014 Minutes, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
4. Consider Election of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair: Nomination by T. Kriegl of D. Riek for the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair, second by C. Held. Motion by T. Kriegl to accept D. Riek as the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair and move that nominations be closed and a unanimous vote be cast, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
5. Consider Election of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair: Nomination by D. Moore of C. Held for the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair, second by T. Kriegl. Nomination by D. Riek of T. Gramling for the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair, second by T. Kriegl. Roll Call: HELD (2) Held, Moore. GRAMLING: (3) Riek, Gramling, Kriegl. Motion by D. Riek to accept T. Gramling as the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
6. Consider Election of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary: Nomination by T. Gramling of T. Kriegl for the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary, second by C. Held. Motion by T. Gramling to accept T. Kriegl as the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary and move that nominations be closed and a unanimous vote be cast, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
7. Next Meeting: The next Regular Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting will be held Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 8:15 a.m. at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, Wisconsin 53913. Regular Meetings will be held the second Thursday of each month.

9. Communications: K. Olson read aloud a letter from Maple Ridge (Reedsburg) residents in support of The Bus. K. Olson read aloud an e-mail from Louise Dotter in support of the Taxi Subsidy and One-Day Excursions and the need for transportation options in the Spring Green area.
K. Olson read aloud a note from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Social Work in appreciation of the ADRC’s recent hosting of Master of Social Work Degree Intern, Heidi Schultz.
