REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:
Members Present:  Arthur Carlson, Chair, Ruth Dawson, Carol Held.
Members Absent:  Tommy Lee Bychinski, Thomas Kriegl.

Others Present:  Tony Tyczynski, Sauk County Veterans Service Officer, Trish Vandre, ADRC of Sauk County Director, Thomas Litscher, ADRC of Sauk County Mobility & Operations Manager.                     

  1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:18 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by C. Held to adopt the Agenda, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the February 13, 2013 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
  4. Public Comment: None.
  5. Communications: Sauk County Board Chair Marty Krueger spoke regarding date change for upcoming Intergovernmental Meeting.
  6. Veterans Service Office Business Items
    1. Consider Approval of the 2012 Year-End Financial Statement: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the 2012 Year-End Financial Statement, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
    2. Mid-Term Assessment - Generation of Strategic Issues
    3. Veterans Service Office Departmental Update and Service Trends: T. Tyczynski distributed and presented the Veterans Service Office departmental update and service trends for Committee discussion.
    4. Consider Approval of the Monthly Invoices: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the February 2013 Monthly Invoices in the amount of $1,813.54, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
  7. Aging & Disability Resource Center Business Items
    1. Consider Approval of the 2012 Year-End Financial Statement: Withdrawn by T. Vandre.
    2. Mid-Term Assessment - Generation of Strategic Issues
    3. Consider Approval of Resolution No.___-13 Proclamation of May 2013 as Older Americans Month: Withdrawn by T. Vandre.
    4. Aging & Disability Resource Center Departmental Update and Service Trends: T. Vandre distributed and presented the Aging & Disability Resource Center departmental update and service trends for Committee discussion.
    5. Review the Monthly Financial Statements: T. Vandre presented the Aging & Disability Resource Center monthly financial statements for Committee review.
    6. Consider Approval of the Monthly Invoices: Motion by A. Carlson to approve the Monthly Invoices for February 2013 in the amount of $34,404.36, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
  8. Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee Update
  9. Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update: A. Carlson attended a meeting with the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country.
  10. Next Meeting: The next Regular Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. at the Sauk County West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, Wisconsin 53913.
  11. Adjournment of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee: Motion by C. Held to adjourn the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting at 10:15 a.m., second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
