REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:

Members Present: Tommy Lee Bychinski, Arthur Carlson, Andrea Lombard, Peter Murray

Others Present: Tony Tyczynski, Veteran Service Officer, Trish Vandre, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Director, Lee J. Roundy, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County Fiscal Accounting Technician

Absent: Charles Montgomery

CALL TO ORDER:

The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

ADOPT AGENDA:

Motion by A. Lombard to adopt the Agenda, as submitted, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.

ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:

Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the May 12, 2010 Minutes, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

None registered.

COMMUNICATIONS:

T. Bychinski said that he received a follow-up call from Helen Cady.

AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE UPDATE:

A. Carlson presented information from the most recent Meeting for Committee discussion.

AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER OF SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN –NORTH BOARD UPDATE:

P. Murray and T. Vandre presented information from the most recent Meeting for Committee discussion.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

  1. Veterans Service Office
    1. Veteran Service Office Update: T. Tyczynski distributed and presented the highlights from the May/June 2010 Department Update.
    2. Consider Approval of the Monthly Vouchers: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the May vouchers, in the amount of $2,258.33, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
  2. Aging & Disability Resource Center
    1. Consider Approval of Veterans Transportation Passenger Mileage Rate of $0.25 per Mile, Effective July 1, 2010: Motion by A. Lombard to reject the Veterans Transportation Passenger Mileage Rate of $0.25 per mile, effective July 1, 2010, and to approve the Veterans Transportation Passenger Mileage Rate of $0.30 per mile to cover the full cost, effective July 1, 2010, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
    2. Review Form 1: Budgetary Strategic Plan: The Committee reviewed and discussed the Form 1.
    3. Aging & Disability Resource Center Director Update: T. Vandre presented the highlights from the May/June 2010 Department Update.
    4. Review Monthly Financial Statements: L. Roundy presented the current financial statements and entertained any questions.
    5. Consider Approval of the Monthly Vouchers: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the May 2010 vouchers, in the amount of $35,197.79, second by A. Lombard.   Motion carried.NEXT MEETING: The next Regular Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. at the West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo.

ADJOURNMENT:

Motion by P. Murray to adjourn the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee at 10:25 a.m., second by T. Bychinski. Motion carried.
