CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
AGENDA:
Motion by T. Bychinski to adopt the Agenda as Amended, as follows, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.

ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:
Motion by A. Lombard to approve the April 14, 2010 Minutes, second by T. Bychinski. P. Murray abstained. Motion carried.

COMMUNICATIONS:
T. Bychinski read aloud one letter received from Alice Adams and one letter received from Helen Cady. The two letters have been filed with the County Clerk’s Office as public record.
AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE UPDATE:
A. Carlson presented information from the most recent Meeting for Committee discussion.
AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER OF SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN – NORTH BOARD UPDATE: P. Murray and T. Vandre presented information from the most recent Meeting for Committee discussion.
BUSINESS ITEMS:
- Consider Election of Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair: Nomination by T. Bychinski of A. Carlson for Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair, second by P. Murray. Motion by T. Bychinski to accept A. Carlson as Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Chair and move that nominations be closed and an unanimous vote be cast, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
- Consider Election of Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair: Nomination by T. Bychinski of P. Murray for Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair, second by A. Lombard. Motion by T. Bychinski to accept P. Murray as Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Vice Chair and move that nominations be closed and an unanimous vote be cast, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
- Consider Election of Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary: Nomination by T. Bychinski of A. Lombard for Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary, second by P. Murray. Motion by P. Murray to accept A. Lombard as Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Secretary and move that nominations be closed and an unanimous vote be cast, second by T. Bychinski. Motion carried.

Veterans Service Office
- Veteran Service Office Update: T. Tyczynski distributed and presented the highlights from the April/May 2010 Department Update.
- Consider Approval of the Monthly Vouchers: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the April vouchers, one in the amount of $475.00, and another in the amount of $446.34, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.

- Consider Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1)(c) Considering Employment, Promotion , Compensation, or Performance Evaluation Data of Any Public Employee Over Which the Government Body has Jurisdiction or Exercises Responsibility. Performance Evaluation of Aging & Disability Resource Center Director: Motion by T. Bychinski to go into closed session, second by P. Murray; ayes (5), nayes (0). Motion carried.
- Consider Reconvening in Open Session: Motion by T. Bychinski to reconvene in open session, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
- Consider Approval of Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee Recommendation to Suspend Congregate Service at the North Freedom and Plain Dining Centers, Effective July 1, 2010: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the Aging & Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee recommendation to suspend congregate service at the North Freedom and Plain Dining Centers, effective July 1, 2010, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
- Consider Approval of Writing-Off ADRC Invoice No. 101, $19.80, Due to Non-Payment: Motion by P. Murray to approve writing-off Invoice No. 101, $19.80, due to non-payment, second by C. Montgomery. Motion carried.
- Aging & Disability Resource Center Director Update: T. Vandre presented the highlights from the April/May 2010 Department Update.
- Review Monthly Financial Statements: L. Roundy presented the current financial statements and entertained any questions.
- Consider Approval of the Monthly Vouchers: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the April 2010 vouchers, in the amount of $36,945.40, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
NEXT MEETING:
The next Regular Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 8:15 a.m. at the West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by T. Bychinski to adjourn the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee at 10:43 a.m., second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
