6th Offense OWI

On March 27, 2026 a Deputy with the Sauk County Sheriff's Department observed a vehicle fail to stop at the stop sign located at Hwy HH and Hwy H in the Town of Dellona. During the traffic stop the Deputy observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. The driver a 48-year-old male from Reedsburg admitted to recent drug use. The driver was identified as Bryan J. Johnson. Standardized Field Sobriety Testing indicated Johnson was impaired by narcotics. Johnson was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence. 

It was learned that a passenger in the vehicle was under the age of 15. Johnson had 5 prior Operating While Impaired Offenses. As a results Johnson was transported and booked into the Sauk County Jail for charges of Operating While Impaired 5th Offense with a minor Child, Possession of THC 2nd plus, and numerous traffic offenses.
