To honor an employee for service.

Background

BACKGROUND: It is custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize staff members who have served the people of Sauk County with Distinction.  Kerry faithfully served the people of Sauk County for the Accounting Department.  Kerry started as the County Accountant on November 1, 1993.  In March of 2000 she moved to the Finance Director. Under her supervision, the Accounting Department and Sauk County received its 19th consecutive GFOA Budget Award, its 9th consecutive Annual Comprehensive Report Award, and its 3rd Consecutive GFOA Popular Annual Financial Award. Her knowledge, skills, ability, and leadership will be greatly missed.

Resolved by the Board of Supervisors of Sauk County, Wisconsin:

 

BACKGROUND: It is custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize staff members who have served the people of Sauk County with Distinction.  Kerry faithfully served the people of Sauk County for the Accounting Department.  Kerry started as the County Accountant on November 1, 1993.  In March of 2000 she moved to the Finance Director. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, hereby expresses its sincere appreciation and commends Kerry Beghin for over 28 years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to present Kerry Beghin an appropriate certificate and commendation as a token of our esteem.
