Purpose

That the Director of the Sauk County Department of Human Services be authorized to commit the SCDHS to the Coordinated Services Teams Grant Contract.

Background

In 2000 the Sauk County Human Services Board designated the Coordinated Services Program "Famiiles Come First" as the partnership between Lutheran Social Services and Sauk County DHS as the preferred case management method for families and children involved in multiple areas of Human Services.
