Purpose

The properties on the resolution have delinquent 2009 real estate taxes.  They are eligible to be taken on a tax deed by Sauk County.  This resolution is authorizing the County Clerk to issue a tax deed on these properties.

Resolution Body

A final resolution will be presented to the Property & Insurance Committee at a meeting to be held right before the County Board Meeting on October 15, 2013.  They will be asked at this time to sign the final resolution.  A draft resolution will go into the county board packets.

I will also be submitting the final fiscal note figures for Kerry's review and initials before I present this to Property & Insurance on 10/15/13.
