DENYING CLAIM OF KNZ CORPORATION

             WHEREAS,  KNZ Corporation (d/b/a McMillan Electric) filed a Notice of Circumstances of Claim, pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 893.80, dated January 23, 2015, against Sauk County for $178,039.00 for work allegedly performed on behalf of Wall Masters Modular, Inc. upon property leased to The Villas of Baraboo, LLC at the University of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County campus; and,

             WHEREAS, your Executive & Legislative Committee has had this claim under advisement and would recommend that it be denied.

             NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the above-described claim be and hereby is denied.

 For consideration by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on March 17, 2015.
