Purpose

Background: Sauk County owns property located at 9803 US Highway 12, Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Power and Light Company requests Sauk County grant, for $1500.00, an easement, the purpose for which is to allow Wisconsin Power & Light to install overhead and underground electric line to replace the existing overhead line located along 9803 US Highway 12, Prairie du Sac. The overhead and underground electric easement document and an easement location map are attached to this resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, hereby approves granting an overhead and underground electric line easement to Wisconsin Power and Light Company, and upon payment of consideration of $1500.00 to the Sauk County Treasurer, authorizes the Sauk County Clerk to execute the easement described in the attached addendum.

For consideration by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on May 15, 2018.
