Commending Joan Leak for More Than 28 Years of Faithful Service

[Text Box: Background: It is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize individuals who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction. Joan faithfully served the people of Sauk County as a Registered Nurse at the Sauk County Health Care Center for over 28 years. Joan was an essential team member to the Sauk County Health Care Center and all of Sauk County. Fiscal Impact: ( X ) None ( ) Budgeted Expenditure ( ) Non Budgeted ] To The People of Sauk County

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, hereby expresses its appreciation and commends Joan Leak for over 28 years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County.

AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to present Joan Leak an appropriate symbol of our appreciation for service to the people of Sauk County.
