Purpose

Purchase a replacement vehicle for the CPZ department, as part of the 2018 budget process.

Background

Consistent with the department's Capital Outlay, the 2005 Chevy Colorado is due to be replaced this year and we have budgeted money for that replacement.  An RFB is currently out with bids due to the department on Feb 2nd and a public opening on Feb 5th.   The department will make a recommendation to the committee, with this resolution during its meeting on Feb 8th.

WHEREAS, the bid from company who’s bid was selected to be entered here was found to best meet the needs and requirements put forth in the bid solicitation notice and was selected by the Conservation, Planning, and Zoning Committee as the most advantageous bid;

 

     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the bid of company who’s bid was selected to be entered here for a 2018 type of vehicle here, for $__________, is hereby accepted.

 

 For consideration by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors on February 20, 2018.
