Purpose

These properties have delinquent 2013 taxes.  All the statutory requirements concerning notification and publication of notices on the below properties have been met.   Having followed Chapter 75 of the Wisconsin State Statutes regarding Tax Deed Foreclosure,   this resolution will allow the County Clerk pursuant to Wis. Stat. 75.14(1) to issue tax deeds on these properties.  The County can then sell these properties. This resolution is the next action necessary in the equitable enforcement and collection of real estate taxes.

Background

This resolution is done every October.

The taxes, interest and penalty will be written off and it is the goal to recoup these amounts when the properties are sold.
