Background
BACKGROUND: It is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize individuals who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction. William Higgins faithfully served the people of Sauk County as a Citizen Member of the Board of Trustees. William also served on the Foundation Board as Chair for the Sauk County Health Care Center since 2007. William Higgins was an essential team member to the Sauk County Health Care Center and all of Sauk County for over 18 years.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the Sauk county Board of Supervisors express its sincere appreciation and admiration for William Higgins and her over 18 years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to present William Higgins an appropriate symbol of our appreciation for service to the people of Sauk County.
