RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR LAND LOCATED IN WISCONSIN DELLS BY SKYLAND RANCH WISCONSIN DELLS, LLC

The parcel described in Exhibit A, is a section of highway easement that was acquired in 1961 to allow a roadway to cut through the rolling hills of the surrounding terrain.  The adjacent parcel has since been excavated and the full extent of the highway easement is no longer needed for highway use.  The adjacent property owner has requested the excess easement for a planned develop
