Commend Cheryl Emery for Over 17 Years of Service to the People of Sauk County.
Background
BACKGROUND: It is the custom of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors to recognize staff members who have served the people of Sauk County with distinction. Cheryl started with Sauk County Human Services in 2005 as a Program Support Specialist in the records department. She then moved to the Economic Support Unit to become an ES Specialist in 2011. Cheryl spent the next 12 years in this position until her retirement. She was an amazing advocate to our elderly, blind and disabled community. She made sure she provided everyone the services they needed, and her compassion and dedication showed in her work. Her experience and knowledge will be greatly missed.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sauk County Board of Supervisors, met in regular session, that the Sauk County Board of Supervisors expresses its sincere appreciation and admiration for Cheryl Emery and her over 17 years of faithful service to the people of Sauk County.
Approved for presentation to the County Board by the Human Services Committee, this 16th day of May, 2023.
