Resolution to AMEND THE RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE TWO VEHICLES

Resolved by the Board of Supervisors of Sauk County, Wisconsin:

BACKGROUND: On October 19^th, 2021 the Sauk County Board of Supervisors approved for purchase a Chevrolet Trailblazer for the Public Health Department. Due to supply demand the cars were not readily available to be purchased at that time. The car that is now available is a 2021 Trailblazer. The trade-in vehicle remains as the Ford Focus with a trade in value of $500; making the final cost of the vehicle $22, 862.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amendments to resolution be approved;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase be approved in the amount of $22, 862.

Approved for authorization to the County Board by Supervisors, this 19th day April, 2022
