5)  Introduce new CLTS staff, discuss current COP waiting list, and review

     funds available for 2014 (Bodette and Cobbs)

6)  Natasha Drury, Intervention Specialist, will discuss the creation of her

     position and the success of early interventions to avoid costly

     placements.
