Meeting was called to order by Lombard at 4:30 p.m., and it was determined that the meeting was in compliance with the open meeting laws.

 

Present were Lombard, Vertein, Alexander and Dawson.  Staff  present were Orth and Box.

 

The motion to adopt the agenda was made by Vertein and seconded by Alexander.

 

Motion to adopt the minutes for the prior month’s meeting was made by Dawson, seconded by Vertein.  Motion carried.

 

Communications:  None

 

Business Items

 

Review and Approve Monthly Vouchers:  Box distributed and reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report.  Several line items were explained.  A motion to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $928,389.53 was made by Alexander and seconded by Dawson.  Motion Carried.

 

Account Receivable Report:  The Accounts Receivable report for February 2014 was reviewed by Box.

 

Approval for TRIP/Collection Requests:  Approval to send 16 accounts to Credit Management Control for $12,693.77.  Motion by Vertein, seconded by Alexander.  Motion Carried.  

 

Departmental Updates

Monthly Reports:  Box distributed and discussed the February 2014 Volatile line report.

 

Next Meeting – May 5, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.

 

Adjournment – Motion to adjourn was made by Vertein, seconded by Alexander and carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
