  1. Meeting was called to order by Stoeckmann at 4:30 p.m., and it was determined that the meeting was in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.  Present were:  Alexander, Vertein, and Dippel.  Staff present were:  Orth and Box.
  2. The motion to adopt the agenda was made by Dippel and seconded by Vertein.
  3. Motion to adopt the minutes for the prior month's meeting was made by Vertein, seconded by Dippel and carried.
  4. Communications:  None
  5. Business Items
    1. Review and Approve Monthly Vouchers:  Box distributed and reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report.  Several line items were explained.  A motion to approve the monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,043,565.50 by Dippel, seconded by Vertein and carried.
    2. Accounts Receivable Report:  Box distributed and reviewed the February 2010 Accounts Receivable Report.
    3. Approval for Collection Requests:  Approval needed to send 26 accounts to collections in the amount of $20,503.40.  Motion by Vertein, seconded by Dippel.  Approval needed for State Collections to take one account in the amount of $405.00 to Court.  Motion by Dippel, seconded by Vertein.
  6. Departmental Updates
    1. Monthly Reports:  Box distributed and discussed the February 2010 Volatile Line Report.  Projected year end is set at budget.
  7. Next Meeting:  May 10, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.
  8. Adjournment:  Motion to adjourn was made by Vertein, seconded by Dippel and carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
