Meeting was called to order by Stoeckmann at 4:30 p.m., and it was determined that the meeting was in compliance with the Open Meeting Law. Present were: Alexander, Vertein, and Dippel. Staff present were: Orth and Box.
The motion to adopt the agenda was made by Alexander and seconded by Vertein.
Motion to adopt the minutes for the prior month's meeting was made by Vertein, seconded by Alexander and carried.
Communications: None
Business Items
1. Review and Approve Monthly Vouchers: Box distributed and reviewed the Monthly Voucher Report. Several line items were explained. A motion to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $1,595,263.54 by Alexander, seconded by Vertein and carried.
2. Accounts Receivable Report: Box distribuited and reviewed the March 2010 Accounts Receivable Report.
3. Approval for Collection Requests: Approval needed to send 23 accounts to collections in the amount of $23,037.99. Motion by Vertein, seconded by Dippel.
Departmental Updates
1. Monthly Reports: Box distributed the 2010 Alternate Care Statistics report through March 2010. Box also distributed and discussed the March 2010 Volatile Line Report.

Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was made by Vertein, seconded by Dippel and carried. Meeting was adjourned at 4:44 p.m.
