b. Open Bids for CTH F Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project at 9:00 a.m.
2 Bids were received.
Motion by Peper, seconded by Riek to award WK Construction the CTH F Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project in the amount of $ 45,408.00.
Motion carried.
c. Open Bids for CTH F Paving Project at 9:00 a.m.
2 Bids were received.
Motion by Peper, seconded by Riek to award D.L. Gasser Construction the CTH F Paving Project in the amount of $ 342,486.00.

Motion by Flint, seconded by Riek to approve Mission, Vision and Goals.

e. Update on ATV/UTV Routes and Possible Consideration of Amendments to ATV Ordinance.
Richard Fish updated on status of approval. DNR has approved. DOT is ordering signage. Richard will be back in the next few months with routes to be approved.

Alene Kleczek-Bolin updated on two changes.
1) $50,000 purchase limit on equipment. Dave Riek stated $50,000 was too high of a limit.
2) Resets terms of Highway Commissioner to align with State Statue. Tim Meister asked why we needed the language. Alene stated if language isn’t added, we need full investigation by County Board and 2/3 vote to remove. Alene stated our policy was stricter than State Statue.
Motion by Flint, seconded by Peper to approve Ordinance Amending Chapter 17 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinances Pertaining to Highway Department Purchasing and Commissioner Terms.

j. Update on Federal Road and Bridge Applications.
Darin Carignan updated. Applications submitted 2018-2022 phase for bridge on CTH W–1 mile west Pewits Nest and bridge on CTH B – Hayes Road.
