1. 8:30 a.m., call to order and certification of compliance with Open Meeting Law.

2. Present:  Gene Wiegand, Sauk County Canvasser
                    Patricia L. Carignan, Sauk County Canvasser
                    Patricia A. Van Oosten, Lead Deputy Sauk County Clerk

3. Board of Canvassers verification that highest number of votes cast is the
same or less than the highest number of voters on poll lists.

4. Board of Canvassers verification that number of ballots cast (OS & TSX
combined) is the same or less than the highest number of voters on the poll lists.

5. Canvass votes cast at the August 09, 2011 Recall Election for:

The whole number of votes given State Senator District 14 (Townships of Baraboo, Delton, Fairfield and Greenfield; Villages of Lake Delton and West Baraboo; City of Baraboo and the part of the City of Wisconsin Dells located in Sauk County) was 7,053, of which
