Passport Services offered by Sauk County Clerk's Office

The Sauk County Clerk’s Office is an authorized agent for processing U.S. Passports and U.S. Passport Cards.

Appointments are required for all passport applications.
To schedule an appointment or request information about what to bring, please call (608) 355-3286. The office is located at 505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI.

Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Limited appointments outside these hours may be available upon request.

Current Processing Times (as of 1/21/2021): 

Routine Service: 10–12 weeks 

Expedited Service (additional fee): 4–6 weeks
