TO:                 All candidates on the ballot for the office of Sauk County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 3 and other interested parties

FROM:           Wisconsin Elections Commission

SUBJECT:    Recount of the Votes Cast for the Office of Sauk County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 3 – 2018 Spring Election

A recount of all the votes cast in all wards at the April 3, 2018 Spring Election, for the office of Sauk County Circuit Court Judge, Branch 3 has been ordered by the Wisconsin Elections Commission, and will begin at the times and locations set forth below:

Date:               Friday, April 13, 2018

                        Saturday, April 14, 2018 (if necessary)

                        Monday, April 16, 2018 (if necessary)

Time:              9:00 a.m.  

Location:        Sauk County West Square Building, Room 213

                        505 Broadway St. 

                        Baraboo, WI  53913

A copy of the recount petition and the order for recount are attached.  This notice is given pursuant to Wis. Stat. §9.01(2).

Candidates and their representatives have the right to be present at the recount to observe and challenge the votes cast and the board of canvassers’ determinations.
