Any person who has a qualifying disability that requires the meeting or materials at the meetings to be in an accessible location or format should contact the Sauk County Clerk’s Office at 608-355-3286, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so that reasonable arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.

SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS  

JANUARY 18, 2022

REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT:  (28) Czuprynko, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Deitrich, Bychinski, Krueger, Flint, Curry, Schell, Reppen, Nelson, Hazard, Bushweiler, Stevens, Polivka, Riek, Peper, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Lohr and McCumber.  VIRTUAL:  (1) Dorner.  ABSENT:  (1) Gibson.  ABSENT & EXCUSED:  (1) White Eagle.  

Staff present:  Brent Miller, County Administrator; Brian Desmond, Corporation Counsel; Becky Evert, Sauk County Clerk; and Michelle Commings, Deputy County Clerk.

3.  Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.  Invocation given by Supr. Deitrich.

*Supervisor Gibson arrived at 6:04 P.M.

4.  Adopt Agenda.  MOTION (Detter/Gruber) to adopt agenda, noting the following scrivener’s error: Resolution 1-2022 Resolution To Honor Jessica Dominguez For Over 15 16 Years Of Service; andThe postponement of Resolution 4-2022 Resolution To Approve A Water Quality Brokering Agreement With The Village Of Cazenovia.  Motion carried unanimously.

5.  Adopt the minutes.  MOTION (Klitzke/Curry) to adopt the minutes from the previous meeting.  Motion carried unanimously.

Resolution 5-2022 Resolution To Authorize An Amendment To A Contract With Ayres Associates For Engineering Services For The Delton Dam.  MOTION (Kinsman/Polivka).  VOTE:  AYES: (29) Czuprynko, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Deitrich, Bychinski, Krueger, Flint, Curry, Gibson, Schell, Reppen, Nelson, Hazard, Bushweiler, Stevens, Polivka, Riek, Peper, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Lohr and McCumber.  AYES (Virtual):  (1) Dorner.  NAYS:  (0).  ABSENT & EXCUSED:  (1) White Eagle.  Motion carried unanimously.
