REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

 

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT: (27) Roxen, T. Spencer, Eberl, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Anderson, Krueger, Flint, Clemens, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Astle, Hazard, R. Spencer, Carver, Burchill, Peper, Lohr, Gruber, Detter, Stehling, McAuliffe, Deitrich and McCumber. VIRTUAL: (3) Prosser, Polivka and Chrisler. 4.  Adopt Agenda.  MOTION (Schell/Dorner) to adopt agenda.

         The following scrivener error was noted:

         Resolution 6-2024: lines 25-27 “BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Sauk County Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to present Robert Bonham Parrish Helms an appropriate certificate and commendation as a token of our esteem.” Motion carried unanimously.

 

5.  Adopt the minutes.  MOTION (Carver/Roxen) to adopt the minutes from the previous meeting.

     Resolution 11-2024 To Enter Into A Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) For The Construction Of A Drainage Ditch In The Town Of Spring Green And Village Of Spring Green. MOTION (Peper/Gruber).

    *Jed Siedl, Sauk County Emergency Management Directory and Pat Gavinski, Sauk County Highway Commissioner gave board an overview of the proposed Resolution 11-2024.

         The following scrivener’s errors were noted:

         Resolution 11-2024: lines 13-16 “This MOU would committee commit Sauk County, the Village of Spring Green, and the Town of Spring Green to fund the local share of a Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant. The BRIC grand grant will fund 75% of the total project cost.”
