Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session & 19.85 (1) (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved (Topic: Fiber optic cable at Hemlock Dam). A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and a vote will be taken to return to open session.
Upon return to open session there will be an announcement of action taken in closed session, or action may be taken based on closed session (NOTE: If the announcement of action taken in closed session would compromise the need for the closed session, the action taken will not be announced. Any action taken in closed session may be announced when the need for the closed session has passed.)

At 6:23 P.M. the Board entered closed session pursuant to Wis.
