REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT:  (28) Roxen, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Krueger, Flint, Clemens, Prosser, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Teelin, Hazard, Spencer, Carver, Polivka, Burchill, Lohr, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Deitrich and McCumber.  ABSENT FROM ROLL CALL:  (2) Scanlon and Peper.  VACANT:  (1).

Ordinance 7-2022 Ordinance Amendment To Ordinance Section 1.001 Creating The Final County Supervisory District Plan.  The following scrivener errors were noted:

Line 13:  Should say November 9^th, 2021 instead of November 9^th 2022.

Line 26:  Should say 2021 instead of 2022.

Line 66:  Should say June 21, 2022 instead of June 21, 2021.

Resolution 66-2022 To Permit The County Board Chair To Travel Out Of State To A National Association Of Counties Event.  The following scrivener error was noted:

Ordinance 8-2022 Amendment To Approve A Map Amendment (Rezoning) Of Lands In The Town Of  Greenfield From Resource Conservancy To A Commercial Zoning District Filed Upon State Road 113 LLC, Property Owner, Michelle Gillette, Registered Agent.  MOTION (T.Spencer/Kinsman). VOTE:  AYES:  (31) Roxen, Spencer, Eberl, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Scanlon, Anderson, Krueger, Flint, Clemens, Prosser, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Teelin, Hazard, Spencer, Carver, Polivka, Burchill, Peper, Lohr, Gruber, Detter, Chrisler, Stehling, McAuliffe, Deitrich and McCumber.  NAYS:  (0). LAND RESOURCES AND ENVIROMENT COMMITTEE AND FINANCE COMMITTEE:

Resolution 71-2022 To Amend The 2022 LRE Budget To Include Funding For A Streambank Project At The County Farm.  MOTION (Krueger/Kinsman). 

MOTION (Flint/Peper) to amend Resolution 71-2022 To Amend The 2022 LRE Budget To Include Funding For A Streambank Project At The County Farm, to propose a 50/50 split on cost with the Village of Loganville, amending the resolution to read as follows:

Line 28 “…the County of no more than 33% 50% of the overall...”

Line 30 “…County of $50,665 $76,765.00.  The remaining $102.866 $76,765.00 would be paid by the Village of Loganville.”

Line 42”…Budget to be amended to include $50,665 $76,765.00 of general fund balance…”
