Any person who has a qualifying disability that requires the meeting or materials at the meetings to be in an accessible location or format should contact the Sauk County Clerk’s Office at 608-355-3286, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, exclusive of legal holidays, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so that reasonable arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.

REGULAR MEETING:  SAUK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

1.  Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: 6:00 P.M.

2.  Roll Call.  PRESENT:  (24) Eberl, T. Spencer, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Krueger, Flint, Prosser, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Hazard, R. Resolution 34-2023 Assigning Funds As Of December 31, 2022, And Amending The 2023 Budget For These Assignments.  MOTION (Krueger/Polivka).  *Requires 2/3 vote.  Scrivener’s errors noted on lines #16 and #21.  Both should read:  December 31, 2021 2022.  VOTE:  AYES: (24) Eberl, T. Spencer, Rego, Kinsman, Klitzke, Krueger, Flint, Prosser, Lombard, Schell, Dorner, Fordham, Hazard, R.
