2014 Sauk County Board of Supervisors Meeting Dates & Agenda Due Dates Schedule

1. THE RESOLUTION ROUTING SYSTEM IS IMPLEMENTED, ALL RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES AND ATTACHMENTS MUST BE PROCESSED IN THIS SYSTEM TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COUNTY BOARD AGENDA.
2. CONTINUE to remit all Original resolutions, ordinances and attachments to the County Clerk, with fiscal note approved and initialed by  Accounting Department in single side format only.  IF ORIGINAL NOT AVAILABLE BY DUE DATE - PLEASE (remit a copy or draft of Resolution or Ordinance).
3. Continue to provide changes of Ordinances to Corporation Counsel for their review as soon as possible.
4. Provide the County Clerk a copy of handouts/written communications by due date.
5. Reports and appearances: contact County Board Chair by due date.
6. Notify the County Board Chair of all new commitee appointments and re-appointments. (CC: County Clerk) by due date.
7. County Board agendas are mailed out on the Thursday prior to the meeting.        
8. Dates are subject to change.

*Pending County Board approval, this meeting date could be changed if a February 18, 2014 Primary Election is scheduled.      ** Per Rules of the Board I.A:     The Board shall hold an annual meeting on the Tuesday after the second Monday of November in each year for the purpose of transacting business and adoption of the budget.
