This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 238 of the Wisconsin Statutes between the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (“WEDC”), a public body corporate and politic authorized to grant funds for the purpose of economic development pursuant to Chapter 238 of the Wisconsin Statutes, and Sauk County (“Recipient”).
