This is for the annual maintenance of the imaging module that will integrate into the Transcendent Land Conservation Suite http://www.transcendenttech.com/land-conservation/ which is used in LRE for conservation practices monitoring and the management of the Farm Land Preservation program.

There are two agreements: a services agreement for the install of the module and a maintenance agreement for the annual cost.  This is for the maintenance contract.
