This TAP would provide access to the ROW to clear non-native or invasive species and vegetation by cutting or other methods, including application of herbicides. This TAP has been approved in the past, and because it's been an annual request by the Eagle Island View Condominiums Association, Inc., the DOT is now issuing a 5 year TAP.
