1. Scope of Services

  1. Work Order

 

This Agreement is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Agreement that allows Client to secure the services of Dimagi (the “Work”) as per the Work Order specified in Exhibit A.

 

When Client requires professional work, Client will provide Dimagi with a Work Order that specifies the scope of work Dimagi will be required to perform, including but not limited to a description of the activities and deliverables of the project and the duration or period of performance of the work ordered.

Work will be performed according to the Work Order Estimates as an independent contractor and not an agent, servant, or employee of Dimagi.
