This Coalition Agreement (“Agreement”), entered into as of January 18, 2024, (the “Effective Date”) 
is intended to formalize the relationship between Safe Kids Worldwide, with its principal place of 
business located in Silver Spring, MD (“Safe Kids” or “SKW”), and Public Health Sauk County (“Lead 
Agency”) for the formation of a coalition called Safe Kids Sauk County
(“Coalition”).
