1. Overview
This agreement is between SelectPath, Inc. dba Contact Wireless ("CONTACT", "WE" or "OUR") and Sauk
County Public Health/WIC, ("CUSTOMER", "YOU" or "YOUR" ) and applies to all services posted on all
websites including Text Messaging and Paging Services ("Services"), ContactWireless.com,
SelectPath.com, TxtPage.com, TxtAlert.com, Confirmtext.com, BulkTextMsg.com, Txt-2-Win.com, and
Txt-Link.com (collectively "Contact Sites"). Use and access to the Paging and Contact Sites
(including any rebranded or white label version of both), and the text message, hosted
telemarketing, and voice broadcast services described below (the "Services"), are subject to these
terms and conditions of use (the "Terms").
