Municipal Housing Assessments
Dear Ms. Wilson,
Vierbicher Associates, Inc. (Consultant) is pleased to submit this Agreement to provide Professional
Consulting Services to the Sauk County Health Department (Client), for six (6) Municipal Housing
Assessments. The Municipal Housing Assessments will be completed for six (6) municipalities in Sauk
County, identified by the Client. All sections included in this Agreement and the General Terms and
Conditions form the basis for this Agreement.
I. PROJECT UNDERSTANDING
Sauk County recently completed a community health assessment to understand the top health
concerns of the residents of Sauk County. Housing was identified through this assessment as the
number one health concern of the respondents.
The Sauk County Health Department facilitates the Sauk County Housing Action Team and has
requested that Vilerbicher Associates, Inc. provide six (6) Municipal Housing Assessments to
interested communities in Sauk County. The Health Department will promote the assessment
opportunity, accept applications from interested communities, and approve the six (6)
communities. The Health Department will provide Vierbicher with the contact information of the
selected communities to schedule the projects.
Fees for the Municipal Housing Assessment will be paid by the Sauk County Health Department,
on behalf of the selected communities.
